The Physical Therapy Assistant will administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve function, and promote healing under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. This includes implementing and modifying treatment plans, measuring patient function, and ensuring thorough and timely documentation.
Candidates must possess an active/valid Texas license as a Physical Therapy Assistant and be in good standing with all regulatory agencies. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care setting is preferred, along with current knowledge of treatment practices.
