$30 - $40 / HOUR
The technologist will prepare patients for radiologic procedures, explain procedures, and take x-rays while ensuring patient safety and protection from unnecessary radiation exposure. Responsibilities also include documenting patient care, managing outside imaging imports, scanning documents into the EMR, and maintaining equipment and regulatory logs.
Candidates need 1-2 years of Radiology experience, preferably in orthopedics, and must have completed an approved American College of Radiology Technologist Program. Required credentials include certification by the ARRT and an Arizona State license from the MRTBE, along with maintaining CPR certification.
