The RN is a member of the interdisciplinary team responsible for meeting the physical, medical, psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual needs of hospice patients and their families facing terminal illness and bereavement. This role involves providing coordination of care and ensuring continuous assessment of patient and family needs, along with implementing the interdisciplinary plan of care.
The role requires commitment to fulfilling duties with high professionalism, collaboration, and teamwork, focusing on growth and improvement. Candidates should be dedicated to serving with commitment and compassion in the hospice mission.
