During the shift, responsibilities include making regular rounds and responding to resident pendants for assistance with toileting and other needs. In addition to personal care, the role involves performing other necessary duties as required.
The successful candidate must possess training and/or experience as a caregiver and demonstrate high dependability. A key requirement is having the patience and ability to relate effectively to people facing memory challenges.
