The Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Clinician will provide high-quality patient care to adults, collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The role includes shared call responsibilities and a flexible work schedule.

We’re looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team in.

Portland, OR.

We have positions available at our clinics in NW Portland, Gresham Square, Lloyd Center, and Happy Valley.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing evidence-based care to patients 18 years and older.

This role will manage their own primary care panel..

Our Internal Medicine Department is growing! We currently have 6 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians in Oregon, and 31 physicians and 23 Advanced Practice Clinicians across both OR and WA.

Position Details

  • Full-time or Part-time (0.6 – 1.0 FTE)
  • Flexible schedule (4 days/week)
  • 100% outpatient; shared call among Oregon clinicians (phone only)
  • Minimum of 2 years of primary care clinical experience required - new graduates are not eligible
  • Compensation is a Production model
  • New clinicians have a 1-year guarantee of $145,000 with upside earning potential
  • Compensation information is provided based on available data at the time of posting and is subject to change.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of primary care experience, with geriatrics training preferred. A passion for evidence-based care for patients aged 18 and older is essential.
