We’re looking for clinicians who want more than just a job—those seeking long-term development, mentorship, and a collaborative team.
- ✨ What You’ll Do
- Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families
- Support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relational challenges
- Build a caseload (goal: 20+ clients/week within 6 months)
- Complete timely, high-quality clinical documentation
- Participate in weekly supervision (group + triadic as needed)
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team

- W-2 position with standardized hourly session pay: $42.50/hour for all client sessions (insurance and private pay)
- Administrative hourly pay provided for required activities, including:
- Clinical supervision (group and triadic)
- Required meetings and administrative tasks
- Performance-based growth opportunity:
- Associates who maintain 20+ client hours/week for 3 consecutive months may be eligible for a $5/hour increase
- All required work time is compensated in alignment with California employment law

- Consistent weekly availability (Fridays required; Saturdays as needed)
- Maintain ~15 seen clients/week minimum
- Reliable attendance, especially during first 90 days
- Active participation in supervision and team structure

Requirements
- Registered Associate with CA BBS (AMFT, ACSW, APCC)
- Master’s degree in related field
- Malpractice insurance
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
