Make a Meaningful Impact as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner – Civilian Opportunity at Dumfries Health Center (Prince William County, VA) Spectrum Healthcare Resources is actively seeking a civilian Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team at the Dumfries Health Center in Prince William County, Virginia. This is your chance to deliver high-quality care to our nation’s active-duty military members and their families — in a setting that prioritizes work-life balance, patient-centered care, and professional fulfillment. Position Highlights: Full-Time, Predictable Schedule: 40 hours/week One Saturday shift every 4–5 weeks Manageable Patient Load: See just 17 to 19 patients per day, allowing you to focus on delivering quality care — not quantity Outpatient-Only Practice Supportive, Team-Oriented Environment with minimal administrative burden Appreciative and Compliant Patient Population Full Employee Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO & more Serve Those Who Serve: Make a difference by caring for active-duty service members and their families

Qualifications
