Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Nursing Assistant, you will help our patients navigate their hospital stay by assisting them with basic activities of daily living and closely monitoring their physical comfort so they can feel safer, more comfortable, and supported throughout their healing journey.
Every day you will diligently manage essential patient care tasks, which includes checking vital signs and changing bed linens.
You will be expected to remain highly observant of changes in a patient's condition, maintain a proactive workflow, and collaborate closely with the nursing team to ensure high-quality care.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a genuine desire to help others feel better, accept feedback and coaching well, and demonstrate a strong eagerness to continuously learn and grow as a care provider.

Candidates must have completed a nursing assistant program, EMT program, or the first block of a nursing program, or possess a minimum of two years of experience as an NA or ED Tech in an acute care hospital, or have previous military medic experience. Required certification includes American Heart Association Basic Life Support.
