The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for managing the scheduling needs of nursing staff across all inpatient programs in collaboration with Program Coordinators. This individual also assigns pool and float staff to cover schedule vacancies and meet staffing requirements.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, though a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Prior hospital and staffing experience, along with knowledge of clinical needs for staffing purposes, are also preferred.
