Veterinarians will diagnose and treat patients across the full scope of general practice, utilizing in-house diagnostics and imaging, and performing surgery with support from experienced colleagues. Responsibilities also include managing cases from initial exam through recovery and building genuine relationships with a loyal, long-term client base.
Candidates must possess a DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree with active Wisconsin licensure or eligibility, and be comfortable working independently across diagnostics, medical management, and surgery. Essential qualifications include being a trusted communicator who can explain diagnoses clearly and a genuinely collaborative team player.

What We're Looking For DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree, with active licensure in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain) Comfortable working across general practice — diagnostics, medical management, and surgery — with the confidence to make sound clinical decisions independently A communicator clients trust — you can explain a diagnosis clearly, have a hard conversation when needed, and leave an owner feeling heard Genuinely collaborative — you enjoy practicing alongside other veterinarians and value a team that pushes each other to be better Calm under pressure, decisive when it counts, and honest about what you don't know A real fondness for the work — the medicine, the animals, and the people who love them
