$20 - $21 / HOUR
Caregivers will support clients with activities of daily living, including household chores, meal preparation, personal hygiene assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming), and providing companionship. Duties also involve driving clients to appointments or stores as needed and monitoring/reporting on the client's condition.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, able to lift up to 50 lbs rarely, and own a smartphone for app usage. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory requirements.
Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients! Oregon only – If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings!
18 years+ Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely.
