Demonstrated skill in behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and a commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care are also required.

The Primary Care Behavioral Health Provider will be a core member of the Integrated Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) team. The clinician will provide therapy using evidence-based treatments for adults, children, and families, developing individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and the medical care team. You will work in a primary care, clinic-based environment — with no after-hours on call, weekends, or major holiday shifts — allowing you to focus on what truly matters: providing quality care and achieving work-life balance.
Graduate degree (master's or doctorate) from an accredited counseling, social work, or Psychology program; a program at an institution of higher learning accredited by a regional accrediting agency approved by the Board; or a foreign program that has been evaluated by a credentialing body recognized by the Board. Current and active Oregon licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist or CSWA, PCA, or MFTA (required by first day of employment) Demonstrated skill in providing behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care

Schedule: 5 x 8-hour shifts Days only, Monday through Friday 9-6pm No weekends or on-call requirements
