Provide direct care and support to patients with addiction and mental health disorders in a residential facility. Responsibilities include conducting safety rounds, managing intakes and discharges, monitoring medication, and facilitating group sessions.
Requires a RADT, SUDRC, or RAC certification (or willingness to obtain one) and a valid CA Driver's License. A High School Diploma or GED is required, while a Bachelor's degree and behavioral healthcare experience are preferred.

The program provides a structured and supportive environment to help clients achieve and maintain sobriety, while also facilitating their transition to outpatient and aftercare services for continued recovery.
