Core duties involve reviewing patient medical history and carrying out individualized treatment plans, utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain and increase mobility. The role also requires recording patient progress and educating patients and family members about the recovery process.
Candidates must possess Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure in good standing in Oklahoma and be a graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program. One year of experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred, but new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, alongside strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.
