Description Fulton Manor - State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
Fulton Manor is seeking dedicated and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our long-term care team. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with a variety of shifts to fit your schedule. As an STNA at Fulton Manor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents.
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes in residents’ conditions. Provide support to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care. Education: High school diploma or GED.
Completion of a nursing assistant certification program or proof of valid certification as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA). Test Ready Nursing Assistants (TRNA) must complete and pass the state test within 120 days of hire.

Certification: Required.
Long-term care experience is desired.
Must be a team player, possess a positive attitude, and be self-motivated.
