BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiology credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Requires completion of a federally approved 40 hour mammography training course within 3 Months (90 days) of hire and completion of 25 supervised mammography studies to meet Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) requirements. Radiologic Technologist specializing in General Practice credentialed from the Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist Certification Program obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Mammography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
