The role involves maintaining inventory control, ensuring proper medication storage according to protocols, and performing medication replacements by filling dispense machines daily with a 24-hour supply using a unit-dose system. Responsibilities also include managing various pharmacy activity paperwork and reports related to medication carts and compounding logs.
Candidates must possess state-required Certification and Registration as a Pharmacy Technician, and a minimum of one year of pharmacy experience is preferred. Familiarity with general medical terminology is also preferred for this position.
