The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will manage patient evaluations, follow-ups, and care coordination across inpatient and outpatient settings for cardiology and cardiothoracic structural heart services. Additionally, the role involves administrative functions such as quality reporting, ensuring billing compliance, and leading structural heart team meetings.
Candidates must be a graduate of a Master's degree Physician Assistant program or a Masters degree in Nursing with an accredited Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program completion. Required credentials include current Tennessee licensure for PA or APN, BLS, and ACLS certification, along with a minimum of two years of intensive care experience.

Experience Required: A minimum of two years of experience in an intensive care setting
One year of experience in a cardiothoracic intensive care setting.
The APP will support both inpatient and outpatient cardiothoracic surgery and structural heart services. In addition to direct patient care, the role includes administrative responsibilities such as quality reporting, billing compliance and leading the structural heart meetings. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm.
