The LPN will directly save patient lives daily by serving residents in a safe environment that promotes long-term recovery, partnering with leadership to maintain a therapeutic setting. Responsibilities include administering medication under physician direction, ensuring treatment plan adherence, performing Mantoux testing, and educating clients on medical matters like methadone maintenance.
Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and possess required experience in Addiction and MAT nursing, complying with Medication-Assisted Treatment program protocols. A valid driver’s license is necessary, and regional travel up to 75% may be required for facility support.

M-F 6a-2: 30p and possible rotating Saturdays
