Elm Crest Senior Living Community is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support resident care within our community.   • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
  • Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
  • Conduct resident assessments and contribute to care planning and evaluations
  • Implement and monitor nursing interventions based on individual care plans
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to develop personalized care plans
  • Required Qualifications
  • Active LPN license required
  • Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
  • Long-term care experience preferred but not required
  • New graduates are welcome
  • Strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English

Requirements

Candidates must possess an active LPN License and be a graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program, with new graduates welcome to apply.
