The LPN will administer and dispense medication under physician direction, ensuring adherence to the established treatment plan while partnering with leadership to maintain a therapeutic environment. Key duties include performing blood draws, giving and interpreting Mantoux testing, and educating clients on various medical matters including methadone maintenance and lab results.
Candidates must possess certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse and comply with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program protocols, for which training will be provided. Responsibilities involve direct client care, medication management, staff training on health and safety, and managing medical supplies.

As an LPN, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our clients each day by serving our clients in a safe outpatient environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Nursing Supervisor and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our clients.
