The Licensed Counselor will provide individual, family, and group counseling, assess substance use diagnoses using DSM criteria, and determine appropriate levels of care using ASAM criteria. Responsibilities also include developing treatment plans, maintaining clinical documentation, coordinating care, and providing crisis intervention support.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in a related field and hold active Kentucky licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCADC. Experience working with Substance Use Disorders is preferred, alongside a strong commitment to service and belief in recovery.
