The Medical Assistant will administer and coordinate necessary medical services while ensuring a positive patient experience, handling routine administrative and clinical responsibilities. Key duties include processing patient intake, collecting samples like urine and blood, reporting vital signs, managing appointments, and maintaining accurate medical records in the EHR.
A minimum High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with a current medical assistant or emergency medical technician certificate from an accredited school. Candidates must have prior experience as a medical assistant, the ability to administer medications, and maintain required continuing education credits.
