$38 - $40 / HOUR
Provide home-based care to patients with various conditions, often post-discharge from facilities, while working with a team and overseeing other care providers. Responsibilities include patient examinations, assessments, documenting progress, reporting changes to physicians, and educating patients and families on care plans.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in Arizona and possess a minimum of two years of nursing experience, ideally in home healthcare. Required certifications include CPR and a Fingerprint Card, along with knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
