Provide individualized support and supervision to adults with autism or developmental disabilities to help them live independently in their homes. Responsibilities include medication administration, personal care, documenting progress notes, and facilitating community participation.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are required.

DSP's provide supports to adults with autism and/or developmental or intellectual disabilities so that they can live independently in their own homes within the community. This includes things like medication administration, personal care assistance, community participation, positive behavior development and documenting progress notes each shift. The support provided helps maximize their ability to be as independent as possible and is tailored to meet their specific needs.
Implement outcomes and objectives for specific individuals as outlined in individual support plans. Collect data, document outcome progress, and complete daily progress notes for the people you are supporting. Provide individualized support and supervision to assigned individuals/groups while adhering to agency policies and procedures. Maintain professional relationship with individuals, families, community members, and other staff. Always represent yourself and Judevine in a professional manner, including while in the community and/or interacting with members of the community. Be kind and patient while providing the support that each person needs to live their best life. We are looking for someone who: Can work both independently and in a team setting. Has experience working with children or adults with developmental disorders or delays, but this is not required. Is 18 years of age or older and has a high school diploma or equivalent. Is dependable and has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Can provide proof of car insurance at time of hire. Can problem solve and think quickly in crisis situations.
Must be able to pass required background checks.
