The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct and indirect nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, adhering to established policies and procedures. The role emphasizes practicing at the top of the CNA license to optimize skills and experience within a supportive team environment.
Qualified candidates are required to have a High School diploma or GED and must be a graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program, holding a State Registered CNA license. Six months of previous CNA experience and prior customer service experience are preferred, along with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
