This role serves as the initial patient contact, managing administrative, clerical, and clinical tasks to ensure a high-quality and seamless patient experience. Responsibilities include coordinating patient flow, maintaining accurate records, collecting vital data, and providing direct clinical support to providers.
Candidates must possess a Specialized Diploma as a Medical Assistant or completion of the LVPG Medical Assistant Trainee course, along with strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in EMR systems and excellent empathetic communication skills are essential, along with current BLS certification.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette. Knowledge of clinical workflows, medical terminology, and basic patient care practices. BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association Within 30 Days
Associate’s Degree from a Medical Assistant Program. 1 year customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
