The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities such as grooming, bathing, and mobility, while also monitoring and reporting any changes in their condition to the licensed nursing staff. Additionally, the Certified Nursing Assistant will provide emotional support and maintain a clean, safe environment according to all regulations.
Candidates must be 18 years or older and ideally possess an active Florida CNA License and CPR Certification, though a High School Diploma or GED is required. Strong interpersonal, observational, and communication skills, coupled with a caring and dependable mindset, are essential for success in this role.
