The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This professional nurse plans, organizes, and directs hospice care services, utilizing community resources to meet patient and family needs within their homes.
Applicants must possess a valid Indiana Registered Nurse License (RN). Previous experience in hospice or long-term care is preferred for this rewarding position.
