Caregiver

• Senior Helpers - Princeton is seeking compassionate and reliable NJ Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Companions to provide exceptional in-home care to our clients throughout Mercer county NJ.
• This role involves supporting seniors and individuals with daily living activities to promote their independence and enhance their quality of life.

• 4, 8 , 12 and overnight.
• Areas we service are

Plainsboro, Princeton, Ewing, Hamilton, East Windsor, West Windsor, Hightstown, Lawrenceville, Frenchtown, Trenton

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to reduce feelings of loneliness.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes to nursing staff or family members as appropriate.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients in their homes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Companion Caregivers also needed
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability to accommodate client needs.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes in the Princeton NJ area.
