Candidates must possess a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of eligibility, along with specific educational requirements which include a Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent experience/degrees. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus five years of progressively responsible PT experience is acceptable.
