The Registered Nurse will coordinate resident care management, supervise staff, and ensure individual health care plans are followed, including administering prescribed treatments and medications. Responsibilities also involve making rounds, documenting resident status changes, supervising aides, and professionally communicating with resident families.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Texas nursing license. Previous experience in long-term care is preferred, and all training/certification required by BMM/Buckner and the State of Texas must be met.
