The Contract Clinical Therapist I will provide mental health services to individuals, couples, and families, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on client needs. Key duties include maintaining up-to-date clinical documentation and utilizing evidence-based practices to support client wellness.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, along with full licensure in the State of Indiana (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent). Strong clinical skills, commitment to ethical care, and the ability to work independently with a flexible schedule are essential.

We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Clinical Therapist I to provide mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. This is a contract role with flexibility in hours, though we do require a commitment of at least 15 hours per week and availability until 7:00 pm on at least one day per week. As a contract clinical therapist, you will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Provide individual, couples, or family therapy services to clients based on their needs and treatment goals. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans. Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with Koda Therapy’s policies and applicable ethical standards. Utilize evidence-based practices to support clients’ mental health and wellness. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team when necessary to provide comprehensive care. Participate in case consultations and occasional team meetings to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Full licensure in the State of Indiana (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent). Strong clinical skills with the ability to provide high-quality therapeutic services. Commitment to ethical, culturally competent, and trauma-informed care. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
