The technologist executes high-quality technical procedures utilizing radiopharmaceuticals in conjunction with Nuclear Medicine cameras and computer systems. This work is performed under the direction of a qualified physician, RSO, and Supervisor/Manager to diagnose various human disease states.
Candidates must be a graduate of an AMA accredited Nuclear Medicine program, with experience preferred but new graduates acceptable. Required credentials include certification by ARRT or NMTCB, an NJDEP license, and current AHA BLS certification.
Executes high quality technical procedures under the direction of a qualified physician, RSO and Supervisor/Manager by utilizing radiopharmaceuticals in conjunction with Nuclear Medicine cameras and computer systems to diagnose a variety of disease states in humans.
Education & Experience: Graduate of an AMA accredited Nuclear Medicine program. Experience preferred but new graduates are acceptable. Certification/Licensure: Certified in Nuclear Medicine by the ARRT or NMTCB, NJDEP license & AHA BLS required.
