Provides individual and group social work services to patients and families in behavioral health and emergency settings. Responsible for psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and the implementation of safe discharge plans.
Requires a Master of Social Work and a current license to practice in New York State. Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience, with a preference for behavioral health or emergency department backgrounds.
Per Diem (as needed) coverage for on all shifts. 7days for ED 8a-4p and 4p-12a; inpatient 8:30a-4:30p M-F.
Provides individual, and/or group work services to patients and/or their families in various health care settings. Utilizes psychosocial assessment skills to deliver social work services.
