The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including a psychiatric physician and RN Director, to provide services to the senior population using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Responsibilities include developing and updating treatment plans, providing compliant documentation based on Medicare guidelines, and utilizing group therapy as the main focus, supplemented by individual and family sessions.
Applicants must hold a state-recognized license in Social Work or Counseling, such as LISW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. Employment is contingent upon working with kindness and accountability, and successfully completing a full background check, which may include drug testing.
