The Licensed Nursing Assistant will provide hands-on care, emotional support, and comfort to patients and families in their homes during end-of-life journeys. This role requires dedication and compassion to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our Hospice team.

We’re seeking a compassionate, reliable, and skilled LNA to provide hands-on care, emotional support, and comfort in patients' homes.

  • VT LNA license and one year of experience, preferably in a home health setting
