The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care by utilizing strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status and implementing clinical nursing interventions for patients with medical and surgical diagnoses. Essential functions include collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, collecting vital signs, administering IV medications, and evaluating/revising the plan of care to achieve expected outcomes.
