About the role

Primary duties involve managing a sustainable caseload averaging 16 patient encounters daily, including initial psychiatric evaluations, leading the treatment team, and managing patient discharges. The schedule is generally Monday through Friday day shifts, with minimal required weekend rounding and evening call coverage by phone only.

Kirkland Campus: 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care.

Everett Campus: 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center’s Pacific Campus.

Monroe Campus: 34-bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe.

Bellevue Outpatient Fairfax Behavioral Health offers a complete continuum of acute inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders, and Women’s-focused programs.

With over 94 years of service, we are dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care.

We prioritize patient recovery, offering a supportive environment and a comprehensive plan for long-term sobriety and improved mental health.

Details Manageable and Sustainable Caseload: Average of 16 patient encounters per day.

Schedule

Generally Monday–Friday, day shifts, with flexibility to be offsite after clinical duties are completed.

Primary

Duties: Initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, treatment team leadership, and patient discharges.

Work-Life

Balance: Occasional once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only.

Please note: This position requires 3+ years of previous PMHNP/APRN work experience (clinical rotations and preceptor hours are not included). Benefits and Compensation

Salary Range

$150,000-$180,000 depending on experience and job fit. Robust benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, company-matched 401K, ST/LT disability, and more. Malpractice insurance covered. 26 days Paid Time Off annually. CME package. Full-time, employed W-2 position.

Requirements

Education: NP degree from an accredited and recognized program required.

Certifications

Post graduate PMHNP certificate required.

Licensure

Current Washington APRN license in good standing.

Credentialing

Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating providers.

Experience: 3+ years prior PMHNP work experience (clinical rotations and preceptor hours not included).
