Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, or Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related degree plus a recognized Certificate in Medical Laboratory Science. Required competencies include proficiency in phlebotomy across all age ranges and demonstrated skills across various laboratory sections like Blood Banking, Chemistry, and Microbiology.
