Description

The Primary Care Behavioral Health Provider will be a core member of the Integrated Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) team. The clinician will provide therapy using evidence-based treatments for adults, children, and families, developing individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and the medical care team. You will work in a primary care, clinic-based environment β€” with no after-hours on call, weekends, or major holiday shifts β€” allowing you to focus on what truly matters: providing quality care and achieving work-life balance.

Qualifications

A doctoral degree in psychology from an approved doctoral accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA), or the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA), a program at an institution of higher learning that was accredited by a regional accrediting agency, or a foreign program that has been evaluated by a credentialing body recognized by the Board. Current and active Oregon licensure as a Psychologist (required) Demonstrated skill in providing behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care Accepted Licenses: Licensed Psychologist

Schedule: 5 x 8-hour shifts Days only, Monday through Friday 9-6pm No weekends or on-call requirements

Requirements
