The primary responsibility is to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes by following a specific care plan. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference working directly with one patient at a time.
Candidates must possess an active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) License and have two years of prior professional experience. Advancement opportunities are available through becoming a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
