The physician will join an innovative and supportive primary care team, prioritizing patient-centered care enhanced by Ambient AI to reduce administrative burden and focus on meaningful patient interactions. Responsibilities include practicing in a community setting with optional teaching opportunities and managing a patient panel in an office-based, outpatient environment.
Candidates must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine and possess an unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license or be eligible to obtain one. The role is open to physicians seeing adult patients (18+).
