Carle Health is seeking a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Primary Care team in Canton, Illinois.

Include: Join an established practice with two Primary Care Physicians and dedicated support staff Position will be based out of our Carle Health Canton outpatient clinic Flexible work schedule Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination Carle Health is a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility Education Requirements: Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Experience in Women’s Preventative Health required Licensure/Certification Requirements: Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $56.37 - $73.29/hour.

This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.

The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies and are required to have experience in Women’s Preventative Health. Licensure must include a current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure.
