The Research Laboratory Technician performs laboratory procedures such as blood harvesting and urine monitoring according to protocol, and collects/harvests plasma, serum, and other required laboratory specimens. They also monitor specimen collection from study subjects and ensure all procedures and processing areas are kept neat and organized.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, potentially with a relevant technical qualification, and have previous experience comparable to 0 to 1 year. Key requirements include strong attention to detail, good time management, the ability to multi-task, general computer skills, and effective written and verbal communication.
Work Schedule Other Environmental Conditions Laboratory Setting, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
