Oklahoma OT roles remain steady

In Oklahoma, licensed occupational therapist roles for seniors are typically driven by ongoing rehab and functional-support needs in long-term care and similar settings. These positions are competitive because employers look for current licensure, strong clinical judgment, and a collaborative approach, while benefits may include EAP, voluntary benefits, FSA, HSA, and recognition programs.
