Registered Nurses will provide expert caring through clinical assessment, planning, prioritizing, coordinating, and implementing care within fast-paced Phase 1 and 2 recovery areas supporting 12 Operating Rooms. Responsibilities also include demonstrating knowledge of and actively participating in shared governance as empowered leaders and supporting the onboarding of new team members.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, along with a current Registered Nurse license in Virginia and AHA BLS certification. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required within five years of hire.
