The Occupational Therapist is responsible for all aspects of occupational therapy service delivery according to a physician-approved plan of care, ensuring the plan addresses all identified problems. They are accountable for the safety and effectiveness of service delivery, timely documentation, and supervising home health aides when an RN is not active on the case.
Candidates must possess a current occupational therapy license specific to the assigned state and be a graduate of an ACOTE-accredited program. A minimum of one year of related occupational therapy experience is required, along with current CPR certification.
