The Speech Language Pathologist will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders, and create home exercise programs in partnership with caregivers. Responsibilities also include collaborating with other providers, completing required documentation promptly, and adhering to all agency policies and legal regulations.
Candidates must possess an active Speech Language Pathology license in Texas, coupled with an innovative spirit and demonstrated reliability. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of pediatric experience, home-health setting experience, and certifications in areas like feeding therapy, with bilingualism being a plus.
