Provide comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive services to Veteran patients within the PACT model. Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams while documenting all activities in the VA Electronic Health Record.
Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting Primary Care Physicians to provide onsite primary care services to eligible beneficiaries of the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center located at One Freedom Way, Augusta, GA 30904. Must be Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license, NPI, and DEA license. Candidates must possess an active AHA BLS certification and be able to pass a Federal background investigation.
